BOOK PROJECTS DUE FRIDAY
We walked into class and wrote in our binder reminders. Yaretzi read her blog, and then chose me. Then, we read a poem for National Poem Writing Month. After that, we wrote our own poems. Then, we wrote down the quote of the week: "If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry" by Emily Dickinson. We talked about how she might mean poetry should be mind-blowing. The bell rang, and we left.
