Read/write a poem a day.
We started off the day by taking a minute, and then Aaron started reading his blog. After that, Aaron chose me to write the blog. After a little while of the class just talking, Ms. Nakada pointed out how nobody helped her correct the blog. Next, we started reading the poem by William Carlos Williams, "This is Just to Say." After we finished reading, we started writing our own poem, and updated our NaPoWriMo chart. After that, we moved on and started on our QQSL. We started off with the quote, "Poetry is not a luxury. It is a vital necessity to our existence." by Audre Lorde. Next, we began writing and discussing about the question of the week, "Who are you as a person and a poet?" Finally, we moved to our literature circles, discussed about our books, and then packed up and left.
