HW RJ 15.1 Read / Write a poem - iReady 40-45 minutes
We started off sixth period by taking a minute and writing down the agenda. Afterwards, we opened our poetry packets and Ms. Nakada started to read the poem "Neither Time Nor Grief is a Flat Circle" by Christina Olson. She then gave us three minutes to write a poem with a given prompt. Ms. Nakada then passed around two sheets of paper that talked about the eighth grade calendar and a letter about the eighth grade culmination. We then packed up and left.
