RJ 15.2 Read/Write a poem-
iReady 40-45 minutes
We started off the day by writing down our agenda and taking a minute. After that, Diana went up to read her blog. Once she was finished she choose me. Then, Ms. Nakada has us pass poetry packets and read "Sorrow Is Not My Name" by Ross Gay. Once we finished annotating we transitioned to writing our poem. After the three minutes were done some people read their poems. Then, we turned to our table of content and week wrote down week 15 Q.Q.S.L. We wrote down our quote by Amanda Gorman
"Do not ignore the pain. Give it purpose. Use it."
The quote was about you can't keep pushing pain away. Use it motivation. The bell rang, we all packed up, put up our chairs, and left.
